Dr Thomas Olemotz
Chief Executive Officer.
Born in 1962. After completing his studies in business administration, Dr Thomas Olemotz began his career as a research associate at the University of Gießen. Following his doctorate, he became assistant to the board of Westdeutsche Landesbank before moving on to Deutsche Gesellschaft für Mittelstandsberatung, a consultancy for medium-sized enterprises, where he headed Mergers & Acquisitions. He then joined Delton AG as Head of Corporate Development. Within that group, he later joined the Executive Board of Microlog Logistics AG, overseeing Finance and Human Resources. In March 2007, he became Chief Financial Officer of Bechtle AG. He was appointed Spokesperson of the Executive Board in January 2009, and in June 2010 became Chief Executive Officer.

Konstantin Ebert
Chief Operating Officer.
Born in 1971. Konstantin Ebert began his career in the IT industry in 1998 as a consultant at ITC Deutschland. A graduate in business administration, he went on to gain further experience at Fujitsu Siemens Computers and T-Systems Business Services, followed by various international leadership roles at NetApp. Before joining Bechtle in 2021, he served as Executive Vice President Sales at TeamViewer. At Bechtle, Konstantin Ebert initially served as Executive Vice President, overseeing the regions of France, Benelux and the United Kingdom. He was appointed to the Executive Board on 1 January 2024.

Michael Guschlbauer
Chief Operating Officer.
Born in 1964. After his vocational training as a communications technician, Michael Guschlbauer held a range of technical and project management positions before moving into sales. In 1994, he joined DeTeSystem (later T-Systems), where he began as a sales representative and went on to assume various management responsibilities. Most recently, he was a member of the management board at T-Systems Business Services, where he oversaw the Large Enterprises, Sales & Service Management division. He joined Bechtle in January 2008 as Executive Vice President for Managed Services and was appointed to the Executive Board one year later.

Antje Leminsky
Chief Operating Officer.
Born in 1971. Before joining Bechtle, Antje Leminsky served as Deputy Chair of the Executive Board at Testo, a manufacturer of measurement technology. She previously spent eight years on the Executive Board of financial services provider Grenke AG, initially as CIO and later as CEO. Her earlier career includes roles at retail company Otto Group, publishing house Gruner + Jahr, and digital start-up MondayWorks, which she co-founded. She has been a member of the Executive Board of Bechtle AG since 1 February 2024.

Klaus Winkler
Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Born in 1958. After completing his vocational training as a banker at BW Bank AG, Klaus Winkler earned a business administration degree in Stuttgart. Between 1979 and 1994, he held various positions at BW Bank, ultimately serving as Head of Corporate Finance. From 1987 to 1988, he worked for Credit Suisse First Boston Ltd. in London. In 1990, he became Managing Director of the BWK GmbH holding company in Stuttgart. From 2003 to 2019, Klaus Winkler served as Managing Director of Heller GmbH. Following the company’s conversion into a European stock corporation (SE), he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Heller Management SE from 2020 to 2021. Since 2022, he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of both Heller Management SE and Heller Holding SE & Co. KGaA.

Mathilde Bluteau
Born in 1969. Mathilde Bluteau brings 30 years of international experience in the IT industry, having held leadership roles at companies including Microsoft, Apple and Cisco, and most recently at the world’s largest IT distributor, TD Synnex. She has been Vice President France at Bechtle since 1 April 2024.
Uwe Burk
Born in 1964. Active in the software industry since 1986, Uwe Burk began his career as a developer of CAD/CAM application software while studying mathematics and computer science. After holding positions at SDRC Software, Unigraphics Solutions, and Siemens PLM, he joined Dassault Systèmes Deutschland GmbH, where he took on various management roles. As Vice President Eurocentral Sales at 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS, Uwe Burk already had close ties to the Bechtle Group’s PLM specialist entities. Since 2020, he has served as Executive Vice President PLM | Engineering & Manufacturing at Bechtle.
Frank Diers
Born in 1969. A Hamburg native, Frank Diers studied computer engineering before starting his career as an IT specialist at IBM Germany, where he held various roles over a span of 13 years. In 2010, he joined Bechtle as Managing Director of its Hamburg IT System House. From 2013 to 2019, he served as CIO at Fielmann AG before returning to Bechtle in early 2020 as Managing Director of the IT System House in Bielefeld. Since 1 January 2022, Frank Driers has been Executive Vice President for the North & East Germany cluster.
Mario Düll
Born in 1960. After earning his degree in business administration and spending a year in Central and South America, Mario Düll began his career at Eastman Kodak, initially as an account manager and sales trainer. He later took on responsibility for sales at the company’s Mannheim and Nuremberg locations. In 2001, he joined Bechtle, where he held various sales-oriented management roles. Since 1 April 2020, he has served as Executive Vice President and currently oversees the activities of Bechtle direct in Germany.
Oliver Hambrecht
Born in 1964. Oliver Hambrecht completed his vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade before earning a part-time degree in business administration. He began his career in the IT industry in 1986 in software sales and product management at ALF AG. From 1991 to 2001, he held various positions at TDS AG (later Fujitsu Services GmbH). In April 2001, he took over as Managing Director of Bechtle AG’s original system house in Heilbronn (later Neckarsulm). Since 2018, he has been a member of the plenary assembly and executive committee of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and also chairs the Wirtschaft Digital Advisory Board. He has served as Executive Vice President for the South-west Germany and Austria cluster since 1 January 2023.
Steven Handgrätinger
Born in 1961. Steven Handgrätinger began his career at Siemens AG, before going on to lead domestic sales for PCs and servers at Siemens Nixdorf AG. He later held managing director and partner roles at COMICS Informationssysteme GmbH/COMLINE AG. In February 2004, he took over as Head of the Public Sector Division at Bechtle AG. From 2006 to 2019, Steven Handgrätinger served on a voluntary basis as Chair of itSMF Deutschland e.V., the IT Service Management Forum, which promotes the standardisation and automation of IT landscapes. Since 1 January 2022, he has served as Executive Vice President overseeing the Bechtle Group’s public-sector business.
Dr Martin Kaloudis
Born in 1971. Dr Martin Kaloudis began his professional career as a management consultant at TRIA AG, before spending over 20 years in various leadership roles at Deutsche Bahn AG and its subsidiaries, including as Head of IT, CIO Infrastructure, Head of Digitalisation, and Head of Telecommunications, as well as Managing Director of DB Kommuikationstechnik GmbH. His last post before joining Bechtle was CEO and Chairman of the Board at BWI, the IT systems integrator of the German Federal Armed Forces and Federal IT Service Centre. He joined Bechtle in April 2023 and currently oversees the Central and West Germany cluster as Executive Vice President.
Marijke Krist
Born in 1984. Marijke Krist brings 15 years of experience in the IT industry, having held a range of leadership roles at various companies. She was named CxO of the Year at the 2022 Dutch IT Channel Awards and CEO of the Year at the 2023 Computable Awards. Most recently, she served as CEO of PQR B.V., an IT service provider based in Utrecht specialising in hybrid cloud solutions, which became part of the Bechtle Group in May 2022. Marijke Krist has been Vice President Netherlands since 1 January 2024.
John Malone
Born in 1973. John Malone joined Bechtle in 2010 as Managing Director of Bechtle direct Ireland. From 2014 onward, he increasingly took on international responsibilities, particularly focusing on customers with global operations. On 1 March 2022, he was appointed Executive Vice President for South & East Europe, overseeing Bechtle’s activities in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, as well as Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. He also plays a key role in shaping strategic initiatives in international business. A qualified electronics engineer with a degree in business administration, John Malone previously worked in the IT sector for 13 years, including roles at HP and Fujitsu.
Dirk Müller-Niessner
Born in 1970. Dirk Müller-Niessner completed vocational training as a precision engineer before qualifying as an automation technology technician. In addition to numerous IT certifications, he completed an intensive general management programme at EBS University of Business and Law in Oestrich-Winkel in 2010. From 2001 to 2013, he held various senior management roles at companies within the TCC Group, followed by freelance work as an interim manager. Since 2018, he has held a number of roles at Bechtle, focused on cloud and managed services. In early 2021, he became Managing Director of Bechtle Hosting and Operations GmbH. Under his leadership, the Bechtle Service Factory was established, bundling in particular the group’s managed cloud services. He has been responsible for Bechtle’s overall platform strategy as Chief Technology Officer since 1 January 2023.
Alfred Neidhard
Born in 1961. Alfred Neidhard completed vocational training as an assistant tax consultant before earning a degree in business administration. He began his career at an auditing firm before becoming managing partner of a medium-sized IT systems integrator. He joined the Bechtle Group in mid-2000, initially serving as Managing Director of Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH, and later leading Bechtle’s IT system houses in Rottenburg, Stuttgart, and Friedrichshafen. He also oversaw Bechtle’s entry into the Austrian market. Since January 2010, he has served as Executive Vice President and currently oversees the system houses in the South Germany cluster as well as the International Sales Division.
Stefan Sagowski
Born in 1964. After earning a degree in economics, Stefan Sagowski began his career at Wollert-Elmendorff (later Deloitte & Touche) as an audit assistant and tax consultant. In 1998, he joined Software AG, a publicly listed software company, where he served as commercial manager, helping establish a capital market-oriented finance function. He moved to Bechtle AG in 1999, initially as assistant to the Executive Board, where he played a key role in organising the company’s IPO. He later became Head of Group Finance. Since March 2004, he has served as Executive Vice President responsible for the Bechtle Group’s finance function.
Oliver Schmidt
Born in 1968. Oliver Schmidt began his career at HP Germany after earning a degree in business administration. He went on to hold a number of roles, including Head of IT at a Flextronics subsidiary. He later joined Philips, initially as Head of IT at the company’s Böblingen site, before taking on responsibility for the DACH region from its Hamburg office. In 2014, following several years on the Executive Board of Amaras AG, Oliver Schmidt joined Bechtle as part of an acquisition. In addition to his board role, he also served as Interim Managing Director of a Bechtle company in Switzerland. Since 1 October 2016, he has been Executive Vice President responsible for Bechtle Managed Services.
Christian Speck
Born in 1970. Christian Speck served as Managing Director of IT service provider Bechtle Schweiz AG for five years, having previously been co-Managing Director of Steffen Informatik AG, which was acquired by Bechtle in 2016. He subsequently joined the Executive Board of Bechtle Steffen Schweiz AG. A graduate in electrical engineering, he also holds an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of St Gallen. Christian Speck volunteers as a board member of HSG Alumni, St Gallen. He has overseen Bechtle’s operations in Switzerland as Vice President since 1 January 2025.
Andreas Staudigel
Born in 1959. After studying computer science and industrial engineering, Andreas Staudigel co-founded the SAP consultancy that later became Intelligence AG, serving for seven years as managing partner. During this time, he was primarily responsible for developing the company’s consulting business as a systems integrator focused on SME customers. He went on to join Bertelsmann Arvato, where he was a member of the executive team overseeing the Business Process Solutions segment, before moving on to an M&A firm as partner, where he managed the acquisition, restructuring, and sale of technology companies. In 2010, he joined Bechtle as Managing Director of the IT system house in Mannheim. From January 2014, he served as Executive Vice President responsible for the Cluster Central Germany and Business Process Solutions (BPS). Since January 2023, his focus has been on the Bechtle Group’s specialist entities for application solutions.
